Operations Software Engineer - Integration

Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Software Engineer to support and maintain integration platforms and APIs within a Microsoft technology environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, BizTalk, and .NET, along with strong production support and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integration platforms and APIs.
• Provide production and operational support for integration services.
• Ensure platform security, performance, reliability, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Recommend improvements and best practices for integration platforms.
• Support solution lifecycle management and continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in software operations, production support, or integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, BizTalk, and .NET.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
