We are currently seeking a Capital Improvements Technician to support in-suite upgrades and portfolio improvement initiatives across our residential communities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working on a variety of unit enhancement projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes.

The expected hourly wage for this role is between $25 - $28 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined based on the successful candidates’ skills, experience, and other job-related requirements.
