TradesOn started in Ottawa with a simple goal: create a job board that stays focused on trades and construction.

We connect skilled workers with employers hiring across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, masonry, excavation, and general construction. If it's not trades or construction, it doesn't belong here.

From our Ottawa roots, we're working to expand across Ontario and build a more useful, specialized place for trades job seekers and employers alike.
